1. Acceptance
This website is operated by Grand Ambassador Hotel LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
2. Bookings & Rates
Guests must be 18 years or older to book. All reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
A Tourism Dirham (TD) fee of AED 10 per room, per night, is payable directly at the hotel. Rates may change without notice and may exclude taxes and fees. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
3. Payment
Charges are processed in AED and may be collected at booking depending on the rate selected. For foreign cards, conversion rates are set by the card issuer.
A refundable deposit may be requested. Additional charges apply for damages, extra guests and late check-out.
4. Cancellation
- Non-Refundable rate: No cancellation, modification or refund.
5. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. All guests must present a valid passport or Emirates ID. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur charges.
6. Visitors & Occupancy
Only registered guests may occupy rooms. Visitors must register at reception with a valid ID and are permitted between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM, for a maximum of 30 minutes.
7. House Rules
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. A cleaning fee of AED 500 applies for smoking in non-smoking rooms.
- Alcohol is permitted only in licensed areas. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Parties, room decorations and pets are not allowed.
- Guests must comply with the laws of the UAE and are liable for any damage to hotel property.
- Non-compliance may result in eviction without refund.
8. Safety & Lost Property
CCTV operates in public areas. The hotel may access rooms in an emergency. Lost items are held for 7 days (valuables) or 90 days (other items) and released with a valid ID and proof of ownership.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the related booking.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect once posted on the website.
