Fees & Charges

• All booking plans are non-refundable.

• An additional Tourism Dirham fee of AED 10 per room, per night is applicable and must be paid directly at the hotel during check-in.

Cancellation Policy

• All confirmed reservations are strictly non-refundable.

• No refunds will be provided in case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure.

Payment Policy

• 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

• The full amount will be charged prior to arrival.

Identification Requirements

• Guests must present a valid original ID at check-in:

  • UAE or GCC Nationals: Original Emirates ID or National ID

  • International Guests: Original passport is mandatory

• Photocopies or digital copies are not accepted.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: From 14:00 hrs

• Check-Out: By 12:00 hrs

• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Important Notes

• All guests must comply with hotel policies and local regulations during their stay.

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid identification is not presented.
